AIRTEC industrial ventilators are applicable in many fields and are mainly used to convey aggressive gases. Our ventilator casings are available in PVC, PP, PPs, PE, PVDF, electrical conductive plastics and in compounded material with GFRP. The suitable material depends on many conditions and must be choosen individually. The impellers of the ventilators are made of PVC, PP, PVDF, plastic-laminated steel or steel with rubber coating, GFRP or stainless stell depending on the pumped medium and the mechanical condition. Bearing beams are made of laquered steel, steel with zinc coating or stainless steel. Performance data of the ventilators reach from 100 to 150.000 m³/h and a total pressure difference of up to 8.000 Pa.

You can choose the best radial ventilator for your project from seven different construction lines, sorted according to the specific speed nq with different impeller diameter ratios, numbers of blades and blade positions. Numerous accessory parts and connection varieties are possible and are considered individually with the client. Radial Roof Ventilators

AIRTEC radial roof ventilators are available in two types: the DRV which blows out vertically and the DRH which blows out horizontally. You can choose from 15 different sizes ranging from 160 to 800 mm suction diameter. The motor is completely independent from the airflow and is aired and de-aerated from outside.
All sizes and types are available with the suitable roof part for the corresponding pitch, casing tube with integrated automatic flap, repair switch, bird guard, chip guard, or base sound absorber. Please ask for characteristics and dimension sheets of our radial roof ventilators.

Axial Ventilators

The main applications for AIRTEC axial ventilators are big volume flows at relatively low pressure differences with high efficiency. The axial ventilators are available in PVC, PP, PPs, PE and PVDF. The impellers are made of fibre glass reinforced PP, various thermoplastics or of plastic-laminated aluminium. Two types are available: the first is a direct drive with the motor on the ventilator axle, completely enclosed from the airflow and the impeller mounted directly to the motor shaft and the second a V-belt drive with the motor mounted outside the airflow and the impeller mounted on an encapsulated bearing.
