The second advantage is the evaporation of entrained rinse water. Due to the machined parts for example chromium is entrained into the electrolyte baths. Dilution of the electrolyte is inevitable. The rinse water bound in the electrolyte evaporates by means of an evaporator and thus life of the electrolyte can be extended significantly.
